1. HOW TO ORDER
How can I create my labels?
Attention: we can only print in latin letters.
Our stickers and labels are personalized products which can be self-designed with the help of our “Labelmaker” (an online design tool with integrated preview window).
You can choose from six different Sticky & Sweet characters in various colors and color mixes. Not every character can be combined with every color. Just try out which color combinations work and which ones you like. The format you want to use for telephone numbers or e-mail addresses is up to you (first name and/or name, upper or lower case letters, with or without area code). The shape of the individual labels within the sets is fixed and cannot be changed.
- Please enter your name, first name and telephone number on the left and then choose a character and a color. The preview window on the right hand side of the label maker shows the options you have chosen.
- When you are done with the design of your label set and no further changes are required, click the button „Add to Shopping Bag“. After the item has been added to your bag, the „Mini-Basket“ will pop up; it shows all items that are already in the shopping bag.
- To process your order, click „Go to Shopping Bag“ and follow the steps of the ordering process.
Please pay particular attention to correct spelling and choice of color. sticky-sweet.de will not check your spelling. The labels will be printed exactly as you enter them and exactly in the color chosen in your preview window as you place your order in the shopping bag. Preview colors can vary slightly from those actually printed.

How are the labels packaged?
Each individual label set comes in pretty packaging suitable for use as a gift.
All prices quoted are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included.
3. PAYMENT & ONLINE-SECURITY
How can I pay?
sticky-sweet.de accepts payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visacard), Paypal or advance payment via bank transfer (for bank transfers, only SEPA-Euro payments are accepted).
The following credit cards are accepted:
Payment by Visa or Mastercard
If you decide to pay by credit card, the credit card information will be automatically forwarded to the payment system via an encoded security system. Neither sticky-sweet.de nor any third parties will have access to this data in any form. Any credit due to returned goods is booked back onto the credit card used for the original purchase.
Payment via PayPal
If you want to pay via PayPal you need a PayPal account. During the payment process you will log onto your PayPal account using your e-mail address and then activate the payment via PayPal´s online service. Your bank and credit details are stored only by PayPal and do not have to be entered again when ordering from sticky-sweet.de. You will receive an e-mail from PayPal to confirm your transaction.
Advance payment via bank transfer
Payment via bank transfer is only possible for EURO transfers from SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) member countries*! * Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
You will receive our bank details during the payment process once you have chosen “advance bank transfer” as a payment method. Please transfer the full amount after placing your order, quoting the order number and your customer name and first name.
For SEPA transfers from foreign accounts please keep your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and SWIFT-BIC (Bank Identifier Code) at hand.
Any transfer costs such as bank expenses or other fees are to be covered by the client. We will print your personalized order as soon as the money has been credited to our account. Any credit will be transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was placed.
Payment via coupon code
In your shopping bag, please enter your coupon code into the relevant box. If the amount of your order exceeds that of the coupon, please choose the payment method you want to use to cover the remaining amount right afterwards. If credit on the coupon exceeds the amount of your order, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The remaining amount does not expire until the credit has been used up fully.
4. Shipping & Delivery
ATTENTION CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Paid orders until Monday 18.12.2017 will be shipped before Christmas. Orders after this date will be shipped in the first week of January.
Our labels are shipped via Deutsche Post AG. After the merchandise has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shippment.
For shipments within Germany a fee of 2.20 EUR inkl. VAT is charged. In general, delivery time (incl. manufacturing time of the product) is to the max (mostly quicker) up to 7-9 calendar days after receipt of payment.
For shipments to other countries a fee of 4.60 EUR inkl. VAT is charged. In general, delivery time (incl. manufacturing time of the product) is to the max (mostly quicker) up to 10-15 calendar day after receipt of payment.
VAT, customs duty and taxes
All prices and delivery costs quoted include German VAT.
For items shipped within the European Union* no additional taxes or duties are raised. For shipments to countries outside of the European Union, buyers may be subject to additional taxes or duties for customs clearance. Any custom charges or duties are the buyer’s sole responsibility. In case of returned goods these fees will not be reimbursed by sticky-sweet.de.

5. Return Items & Exchange
Please note that personalized items are excluded from exchange. The right of cancellation for consumers does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods which have been produced according to customer specification or which are tailored specifically to the individual requirements of the customer.
